Warranty Conditions

  • Products sold by Endeks Bilişim are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing, material, and labor for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Any labor costs and replacement part expenses due to such defects will be covered without charge for repair.

  • The maximum repair time for products at Endeks Bilişim is 20 business days. This period begins from the date the product is delivered to Endeks Bilişim, its seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the repair time will be added to the warranty period.

  • Within the warranty coverage, consumers are obligated to present their warranty card and purchase invoice if requested during repairs or replacements.

  • If a product covered by the warranty repeats the same defect more than twice within one year or experiences more than four different defects, rendering it unusable continuously, or exceeds the maximum repair time required, and if no service station is available, the product will be replaced free of charge through the seller, dealer, agent, or representative channels upon a report stating that repair is not possible.

  • Repairs are conducted at Endeks Bilişim’s headquarters. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

  • The following procedures apply to repairs or replacements covered by the warranty:

    • Products received are first directed to authorized services.
    • If repair is not possible, they are replaced with a new one.
    • RMA returned products are primarily used for defective replacements.
    • Each model is primarily replaced with the same model.
    • If the model received as defective is not available in stock, it will be replaced with another product of equivalent capacity from the same brand.
    • If the product from the defective model’s brand is not available in stock, it may be replaced with a product of equivalent capacity from another brand.
    • If stock items do not allow replacement according to the above conditions, the defective product may be replaced with another product from stock for a fee or refunded at the market value determined by Endeks Bilişim through an invoice (exchange rate information must be included in refund invoices).
  • Prepared products will not be delivered without an Fault Form provided during acceptance. (Istanbul Companies)

  • Under no circumstances will products without a waybill (cargo) be accepted.

  • Unless requested by the service, products should not be sent boxed/accessorized; otherwise, responsibility cannot be accepted for any problems that may occur.

  • All products sent by hand or by courier must comply with the necessary transportation conditions (anti-static protector, bubble wrap bag, and box, etc.).

  • The shipping fee for products sent by courier will be paid by the sender, and the return shipping fee will be paid by Endeks Bilişim.

  • Defective and exchange-requested products sent to technical service should not be sent with a return invoice unless otherwise specified.

  • The product must have a readable barcode serial number. Otherwise, it will not be covered by the warranty.

  • Products sent by courier must be accompanied by a shipping waybill, with the product serial/model/defect information written on the waybill (e.g., fault form), and the package content must match what is stated on the waybill. Otherwise, the courier will not be accepted.

  • Defective products should not be sent together with return products, as this causes delays.

  • The warranty certificate provided with Endeks Bilişim products has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection, according to Law No. 6502 and TRKGM-95/116-117 Regulation. Endeks Bilişim agrees and undertakes to comply with the obligations set forth by the law and regulations.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Defects caused by improper use contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

  • Damage not covered by the warranty includes defects caused by software, hardware, interface accessories, or consumables other than those recommended and used with the product; displacement, improper and insufficient maintenance, calibration, or incorrect operation contrary to environmental specifications published for the product; inadequate air installation, use in excessively humid or hot environments, operation in corrosive environments damaging electronic circuits; accidents, impacts, electricity, transportation, natural disasters; including but not limited to, the warranty does not cover damages and defects.

  • Some problems that make the product non-warranty may not be understood in the general examination during the acceptance of the defect. If these flaws are revealed later during detailed examination with technical service equipment, the product is returned to the customer.

  • Damages due to inappropriate packaging and unhealthy transportation, physical damage such as dents, scratches, and cracks anywhere on the product exclude the product from the warranty coverage.

  • Damage to electronic parts, replacement, burning, and scorched chips, any damage to any part of the product, improper installation or damage to intercables, breakage, or damage; paints or stains on any part of the product, damages caused by natural disasters, excessive heat, excessive cold, humidity, dust, and corrosion, all damages from electrical networks, deletions of software installed on devices, non-original software loading, non-original BIOS and firmware loading for the product are excluded from the warranty coverage.

  • Unauthorized intervention, internal or external probing, attempted repair, and damage and defects caused by part replacement without Endeks Bilişim’s permission, unauthorized service/salesperson/organization intervention, defects in product exteriors (cabinet-cover-front panel), breakage, scratching, wear and tear over time and use, dust causing malfunctions from wear and tear, makes the product out of guarantee coverage.

  • If the original serial number of the product, guarantee label, and seals are removed or destroyed, the product will be out of warranty. It is not guaranteed that the products are used for any purpose other than those specified in the introduction or use.
