Approval and Certification

After your application is received, it is evaluated whether you are covered by the warranty. As a result of the evaluation, you will be informed whether your application has been approved or not. Required documents and instructions for approved applications will be sent to you via e-mail. These documents may include the warranty certificate, purchase invoice and other required documents.

Track and Trace

Once your application is approved and the required documents are submitted, you can follow every stage of your warranty process. You will receive updates on the status of repairs or replacements and be able to monitor the progress of the process. You can access this information by clicking on the boxes below.
