WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR DEALERSHIP
1. To become a distributor of Endeks Bilişim, your company must be engaged in one of the fields of informatics as stated in the company's operational license.
2. All pages of the contract must be stamped and signed by the company owners (using the signatures from the signature circular).
3. Newly opened current accounts must make payments for product purchases in cash or via bank transfer.
4. Two copies of the contract must be prepared and sent in person, by mail, or courier to the Endeks Bilişim headquarters. If requested, a counter contract will be sent to you.
5. For sole proprietorships and companies (Ltd-Inc), you can upload PDFs of the required documents online on this screen, or you can send them by courier along with the contract. (Your application will not be evaluated if the requested documents are uploaded incomplete.)
6. After your application, please add the Wet Stamped Dealership Request No to the Wet Stamped Dealership Agreement as a note.
7. Your request and wet signed contract will be processed within 1-5 days after reaching Endeks Bilişim Center, and our Customer Representatives will inform you via phone or email.
8. After making an online dealership application and receiving a Request Number, if the Wet Signed contract does not reach us within 30 business days, your application will be canceled.
