Kilometre Taşlarımız
The year 2025 became an important step in our corporate development and growth journey as Endeks Bilişim. With the sector experience, strong brand partnerships, and operational capability we have built over the years, we positioned ourselves as one of Karabiber Holding’s subsidiary companies as part of our new structuring process. This process helped us sustain our strong presence in the technology sector under a more institutional structure, develop our business processes more systematically, and build our growth targets on stronger foundations. In 2025, while continuing to strengthen our existing distribution activities and brand partnerships, we established a more integrated structure across product supply, sales channels, logistics processes, and technical service operations. With the vision provided by the holding structure, we further strengthened our market effectiveness and solution development capability. As Endeks Bilişim, through these strategic steps taken in 2025, we combine our deep-rooted history in the technology sector with a stronger corporate structure and continue our sustainable growth journey with determination.

As Endeks Bilişim, one of Turkey's leading IT technology brand distributors, our success story filled with love, respect, and effort began with the office we opened at Ümraniye Keyap Site on March 17, 2005. Our founder Fatih KARABİBER, who has been working in different companies and positions in the IT sector since 1994, turned his entrepreneurial passion and sector knowledge into action to contribute to the development of the sector and establish a distribution company. Our company, which started its commercial activities with memory card product sales, took its name inspired by the RAM exchange and set off with the slogan "Indexed to Technology". With a team small in number but high in experience and enthusiasm, we took the first steps of our story filled with big dreams, strong faith, dedication, and trust. Our first and exclusive distribution agreement with A-Data laid the foundation for our great success story. In this period of firsts, we offered our customers webcams under our own Quatronic brand and imported PC cases under the Mercury brand. During this process, we gained in-depth knowledge in business planning and strategic goal setting. We gained significant experience in optimizing stock management by anticipating future demands. We also made great progress in planning marketing activities, creating effective campaigns to reach target audiences, and increasing our brand awareness. We experienced significant improvements in our operational and financial management skills. We took our first critical steps in increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency. Our experience working with distribution channels was among our greatest gains. Many of the connections we established during that period still form the foundation of our strong distribution channel relationships that continue on a trust basis today.
